Our Story

Co-owned by three digital veterans of the 90s; a creative, a techie and an MD, we shared a vision for turning the ordinary into extraordinary. Not wanting to work alone it was paramount that we built more than just a team. We wanted to spend our days alongside the best designers, engineers, managers, clients and all-round brilliant people.

Founded in 2011, we are lucky enough to have worked with some of the world’s best brands and brave innovators over the last thirteen years. We’ve always been focused on creating amazing products that work, and that’s the crux of it. The design must look and feel beautiful but underneath the glitter everything we create is only as good as the platform supporting it.

Leading with transparency and honesty we wanted to make sure we had a roster of charities that we could work with to champion and elevate in an ever-changing digital landscape. Having done so for over 10 years we are pretty confident that we can call ourselves experts in understanding the sensitivities and challenges that charities face when vying for donations, grants and campaigns, while offering the best help for their customers and members.

We think our mix of highly commercial websites, apps and products alongside our not for profit client base gives us a point of difference that we think is pretty special.

Employing many third party APIs the technical complexities of travel & tourism booking engines and data systems are notoriously intricate. We at DAM think we’ve nailed it! Take a look at how we designed and built a game-changing booking platform and new design for SHY Aviation, a private jet brokerage.

Dam have worked with some of the world’s leading luxury brands shaping their strategies including McArthurGlen’s 26 global luxury designer outlets with brands such as Gucci, Fendi and Givenchy.

The digital landscape has brought a fundamental shift in the retail sector, offering new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer engagement. Retailers who successfully navigate and embrace digital technologies can adapt to changing consumer behaviours and preferences, staying competitive in an increasingly online-driven market.

Businesses must offer loyalty, convenience, accessibility, and a diverse array of products to consumers while presenting new opportunities and challenges for businesses. We created a first-of-its-kind [Native] Loyalty App for McArthurGlen to manage 100s of brands in 1,000s of stores worldwide.
